  • Lead culturally informed crisis and wraparound supports, delivering timely crisis intervention and individualised support where required
  • Provide proactive post placement support to members, helping them navigate workplace challenges and sustain ongoing employment & education.
  • Deliver services that recognise cultural safety, trauma history, language barriers, and adjustment challenges.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to deliver quality services tailored to the unique cultural identities, lived experiences, and strengths of young people from CALD and migrant communities.
  • Engage with the community and maintain networks with multicultural services, interpreters and community leaders.

  • Demonstrated experience in youth work, or a similar role, in the provision of effective case management of disengaged young people, as well as demonstrated experience in developing strategies to overcome the challenges to employment faced by youth from diverse cultural backgrounds.
