Our clinics in Hobart are currently seeking an experienced Radiographer to join our team! As the area's main provider of radiology services, you will be exposed to a multitude of unique and interesting cases, in both a public hospital and busy outpatient clinic environment.

Reporting to the Chief Radiographer, in this role you will be responsible for driving high quality and efficient imaging services across a range of modalities including General X-Ray, CT and theatre. This role is for a Fixed Term & Full-Time Permanent position working Monday to Friday, 7.5-hour shifts between 7:30am – 8:00pm, with weekend and on call work as required.

Key responsibilities:

• Managing patients and operating specialised medical imaging equipment such as General X-Ray, CT and Theatre II
• Consistently delivering high levels of patient care and service
• Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with patients, referrers, staff and managers
• Promoting and maintaining the highest quality and safety standards

Key selection criteria:

• Ability to obtain and or have current relevant Radiography Radiation license and professional registration
• Appropriate qualifications in Medical Imaging Technology/Diagnostic Medical Radiography
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse range of health professionals and corporate staff
• Previous experience in CT is an advantage, but training in CT will be offered to the right candidate
